Career / Fashion and Style
She started her career by doing modeling at the age of 16 and her first portfolio was created by Marc Robinson which was a disaster. Thereafter, Ileana walked the ramps for numerous famous fashion designers.
After that, she did some TV Commercial Ads such as Fair & Lovely, Emami Talc, Electrolux, etc. Further to that, she attended Aruna Bikshu Acting School in Hyderabad in 2005 to nourish her acting skills. Eventually, in 2006, Ileana made her debut in the Telugu film Devadasu and the film was commercially successful and collects over 140 Million.
Also, for this film, she won the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut – South. After that, she marked her appearance in various successful Telugu films such as Pokiri, Khatarnak, Rakhi, Munna, Shakti, Nenu Naa Rakshasi, Nanban, a remake of the 2009 Hindi film 3 Idiots, Julai, and others.
In 2012, she marked her Bollywood Debut with Superhit film Barfi alongside Priyanka Chopra and Ranbir Kapoor. Moreover, in 2017 Ileana featured in Atif Aslam’s music video Pehli Dafa.
