She started her acting career as a child artist in Bollywood film Sangarsh in 1999 in which she played the role of Young Priety Zinta. In 2012, she got her first big breakthrough as a lead actress in Karam Johar’s Student of the Year. She loses around 16Kg weight in three months for her role.
